Founded in 1985, we developed one of the leading nutritional products in Japan, and now export all over the world. We are big enough to use leading health researchers as formulation consultants. But small enough for experienced members of our management team to personally answer questions from customers on nutritional issues. We welcome the chance to help you.

Our office and warehouse in Aylesbury is where all our staff are based. We never use outside call centres; you will always be able to contact us by phone (office hours 9 till 5 weekdays) or email.

Many health practitioners of both traditional and complementary medicine take our supplements themselves, and recommend them to their patients.

We are members of the Health Food Manufacturers’ Association, and our products are manufactured to the highest GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) international standards. They conform to Food Standards Agency guidelines on upper safe limits, and to the UK Food Supplements Regulations 2003 (which implemented the EU Directive of 2002).

The founders and full-time directors are Joanna Downs and Colin Rose. We have been fortunate enough to be able to create a business out of our lifetime interest in health and nutrition.

Colin Rose is Chairman, a science graduate, member of the Royal Society of Medicine and the British Association for the Advancement of Science, and Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. He founded the learning skills company Accelerated Learning Systems and has written books on science, the psychology of learning, and health. He co-edited Dr Paul Clayton’s Health Defence.

Joanna Downs is Operations Director, a graduate of Birmingham University, with 25 years’ experience in developing and marketing nutritional products direct to the public.
