Each convenient, film-wrapped daypack contains seven caplets and capsules.
Every caplet/capsule is a compact oval shape, colour-coded (only natural colours), and coated so they are easy to swallow.
Together they provide you with all these important nutrient "shields". In a modern diet, few people can claim a daily food intake that would provide
the sheer breadth and level of nutrition packed into every single
days supply of NutriShield (and they wouldn’t want the calories that such a diet would involve!)

MULTI VITAMINS & MINERALS
We started with a caplet containing the essential vitamins and minerals – but the levels we chose are optimum, not just minimum RDA, amounts.
OMEGA 3
FISH OIL
Then we added a full 600 mg of Omega 3 fatty acids (high in EPA and DHA) from fish oil – which are anti-inflammatory and acknowledged to be associated with heart, brain and joint health.
BETAINE
Next came a caplet of betaine (sometimes called Vitamin B10) – which research shows can help to lower homocysteine levels. High homocysteine levels are linked to heart disease and stroke.
GLUCOSAMINE
& CoQ10
Then we put in glucosamine for joint mobility and Coenzyme Q10, researched for its role in cell energy promotion and further cardio-protection.
| |
VITAMIN E & CAROTENOIDS
The fifth powerful capsule contains natural vitamin E in the preferred form of mixed tocopherols, plus the carotenoids beta carotene, lutein (eye health) and lycopene (the cell protective nutrient derived from tomatoes).
| |
FLAVONOIDS & ISOFLAVONES
Next we added isoflavones (derived from soy), flavonoids (anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory ingredients) from grapeseed and bilberries, and green tea extract containing polyphenols with their broad spectrum health impact.
CURCUMINOIDS
The seventh caplet contains 500 mg of curcuminoids from the spice turmeric. These have a powerful anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory effect, which is why they have been researched as an aid to joint mobility. Inflammation is also implicated in many other degenerative diseases.
